A record of every custom clip order is stored in the site's database. In the event a Artist uploads a clip that isn't in accordance with the parameters of the original order, or if you feel the clip is compromised in some way, one of our Customer Experience Agents will step in to investigate the order's description to compare it to the clip that was delivered.

In some cases, a partial or full refund may be awarded to the customer depending on how far the delivered clip deviates from the original order requirements.
